FAQ
Questions
When can I play?
BE THE BOXER is coming soon to iPhone and Android. Once it's out, you'll be able to head to the stores from this page.
What devices does it run on?
iPhone and Android phones with a front camera. Check the store page at launch for supported OS versions.
How much space do I need?
Enough to stand 0.7–1 m from your phone and swing your arms forward and to the side. Make sure nothing and no one is in the way before you start.
Is my camera video sent anywhere?
No. Your pose is read on the phone itself, and neither the video nor the pose data is saved or sent.
It isn't picking me up well. What can I do?
Play in a bright room with your phone between chest and face height. Stand where your head to elbows are on screen; a tidy background helps too.
Are the calories accurate?
They're an estimate based on your punching pace and weight — think of them as a guide. Entering your weight brings them closer to you.
What happens to the photo I use for the photo target?
It's only used on your phone. Just the cut-out face is kept on the device; the original photo isn't stored or sent.
